Talent Acquisition Lead – My days consist of talking to and meeting potential people to join our team, prepping them for interviews and setting up interviews with the Managers. Additionally, I am responsible for our Community Outreach efforts, so I attend a lot of Networking events and local College functions.
What is your favorite project you have worked on – or- what was a benchmark that was reached that you are particularly proud of?
Saving the company $50,000 in recruiting fees in my first 2 months
