Jason Wilburn is a Principal Engineer at LTi. Jason sets high-impact technical direction for ASPIRE and LTi’s next-generation platform, partnering closely with engineering leadership to solve the company’s most complex architectural and technical challenges. He owns long-term technical strategy and cross-team initiatives and was instrumental in leading the technical redesign of ASPIRE’s core functionality. Jason is also a dedicated mentor who raises the bar on code quality and engineering practices, helping build a culture where engineers want to grow. He has spent 18 years of his career in software development, including more than a decade at LTi, where he previously served as Manager in Software Engineering.
While Principal Engineer is his primary job function by day, Jason also enjoys scenic vacations, woodworking and going on walks and hikes with his wife and huskies.
