Ann Myers is the Director of Release Management at LTi. Ann and her team bring release management, deployment, and product documentation together to make every ASPIRE release an experience rather than just a deliverable. Partnering closely with the business, Product, and Engineering, her team ensures each release reaches clients on schedule with a clear story about the value it creates, supported by documentation and training that help clients adopt and get the most from what LTi builds. Known for her rigor, her steadiness under deadline pressure, and her focus on the people who rely on each release, Ann has led LTi’s release process for six years. She has spent twenty-eight years in software, including LTi since 2014.
Outside of her day job, Ann enjoys travel adventures, often a hundred feet underwater, where the only release she’s managing is the air to maintain her buoyancy. She also enjoys bike rides to local breweries, volunteering with nonprofits like Ataxia Connection, co-organizing the Nuke-Con gaming convention, creating fine art, and getting lost in a good book. She is extra polite to her AI tools, just in case they ever start handing out achievements.
