The configurable form serves as an online application and can also be embedded within a link and emailed out to potential customers, brokers or vendors that are interested in your organization’s financing options. The form can be altered to meet your exact business application needs, and captures new business details while restricting all access to any other ASPIRE functionalities.
The form can also be configured to require document attachments and include language that allows for customer-automated credit checks. Once all application details are entered into the form and saved, it will seamlessly transfer the data into your ASPIRE system, so you don’t have to worry about rekeying any information.
After the online form has been submitted, it can trigger an automated workflow that will assign internal resources (through a status change), generate required activities for internal users and generate documents for automated emailing to the submitter.
