I started working with LeaseTeam back in 1998. At the time, I was employed by Vertical Connection, System 1. I often worked with LeaseTeam staff, deploying System 1 Plus as the frontend solution for LeasePlus. I found that LeaseTeam was very customer centric and I really admired how they put the customer’s needs above everything else. In February 2002, I joined LeaseTeam full time.

As an Implementation Specialist, I work with our clients to analyze their particular needs for the markets they cater too. Then I work with them to train and deploy best practices to achieve their goals for efficiency and improving profitability.

How do you balance your career at LeaseTeam and your family?
It truly is an ebb and flow situation. Many times I am out on the road working with customers on-site all day and researching their issues and answering emails at night. Other times, it’s not so crazy busy. I enjoy an outdoor sportsmen activity that really helps to get away from the computer from time to time.
