LTi Welcomes David Hayes as Strategic Account Manager

LTi Technology Solutions recently appointed David Hayes as Strategic Account Manager. David comes to LTi with 23 years of experience managing daily activities and overseeing operations to achieve company-wide goals. David’s extensive background as Operation Manager for large financial companies will help LTi build and maintain excellent relationships with customers. In his new role as Strategic Account Manager, David will focus on growing and optimizing customers’ accounts. Furthermore, he will focus on launching management and customer engagement initiatives designed to bring LTi closer to its customers. Having worked with LTi as a customer along with 23 years of experience in the industry will allow David to bridge the gap between processes and technology for our customers.

Key Highlights

Industry Experience: 0:46 – In the last 23 years, David has worked on everything from small to medium-sized tickets in operations and accounting. As Operations Manager, he has worked for a large bank with a national presence in the equipment finance division. In addition, he has also worked with a company in Detroit that was a national medical equipment leasing company.

Why switch to the vendor side of equipment finance? 1:28 – It was exciting to cross over to the vendor side as an account manager. David looked at the account manager role as the ability to help LTi’s customers and the industry as a whole. As a previous customer, David has always used LTi and its products. He saw the account manager role as an opportunity to work with LTi and make a difference across the board

Adjusting to starting a new job during COVID: 6:53 – In spite of COVID, it’s been exciting adjusting to starting a position remotely and learning something new every day. The LTi community has been great about reaching out and getting hold of people to answer questions. For David, it’s been a sponge learning environment in helping him get ramped up to being an asset for LTi.

Family life: 11:20 – David is celebrating his 15-year anniversary with his wife. He has one son starting as a freshman in high school, COVID-edition. His son is learning about remote learning the same way David is learning about remote work. In his free time, David is a coach for one of the local high schools. He is also heavily involved in local baseball and really loves all sports! David’s love for coaching ties back together to being an account manager where he loves teaching, explaining, and helping customers.
