Jen Martin is the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at LTi Technology Solutions, leading product roadmap/investment strategies and supporting the organizations drive to provide market and client solutions through its use of ASPIRE.

While Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer is her primary job function by day, Jen does lots of other things to stay happy and busy! She and her husband (George) collect and drive classic cars for restoration and fun, she volunteers in her community as a youth basketball coordinator and finally, spends time helping her parents. Jen is a CODA (child of deaf adults) and is a certified sign language interpreter.

Prior to LTi, Jen Martin was part of the Key Equipment Finance senior leadership team, responsible for the successful execution of KEF’s technology roadmap as well as the sales enablement team, leveraging data driven strategic modeling to assist with marketing capabilities and delighting clients through the implementation of innovative technology tools.

Jen Martin has been in the equipment finance industry and Key for 28 years. Jen Martin is a founding member of the ELFA Women’s council, Immediate Past chair for the ELFA Operations and Technology committee/conference, is a member of the Monitor’s Editorial Board and part of the Innovation Advisory Council.
