As another successful Users’ Conference goes down in the books, here’s a recap of what took place and what we learned interacting with our attendees.
This year, more than 100 attendees from more than 55 different companies came to Omaha, Neb. to learn more about the ASPIRE platform and its available functionality, and connect with other like minded professionals.
Over the course of three days, attendees had the opportunities to attend a general session and participate in 13 interactive sessions with round table discussions, as well as have some fun at evening events that included a cocktail reception and casino night.
The general session featured guest speaker Clay Clark, the former U.S. Small Business Administration Entrepreneur of the Year for the state of Oklahoma and current business coach to America’s top companies. Clay brought humor and energy as he discussed customer service-related topics like asking the hard questions, understanding what you can do better, and most importantly, forming relationships with your customers—topics that resonated well with the LeaseTeam employees that were in attendance. From our perspective, the conference is designed to be insightful for both our attendees and ourselves. It’s an opportunity to hear firsthand what our customers have to say on topics like our ASPIRE roadmap and future LeaseTeam functionality (as it relates to their individual business). It also gives us the chance to continue to grow our customer relationships and gain a better understanding of what our users are experiencing around the industry. And our round table sessions helped create engaging conversations that provided valuable, targeted feedback surrounding our products.
