Danny Shannon is the Vice President of Client Services at LTi and is responsible for the quality of configuration, training, and customer service provided by LTi’s Professional Services group. Danny also heads up the PMO and is well-versed in project management methodologies, change management, project planning and technical implementations of software projects. He has spent the majority of his career in the equipment finance industry, gaining experiences in areas such as customer service, operational planning, and operations management. While Vice President of Client Services is his primary job function by day, Danny also enjoys spending time with his family and playing Xbox with his son.
